Age of War meets Papers Please with clicker mechanics
Made in less than 48 hours for the Micro Jam
Adherence to the game jam theme:
Theme "Defense" - Defend your tower as a Merchant by upgrading your warriors and downgrading or taking bribes from the enemy
Prerequisite "Time is the enemy!" - It's only a matter of time until the darkness reaches your tower and it's game over!
Gameplay:
Protect your tower from an ever-strengthening invader in this fast-paced strategic dice game! Roll a magical die to boost your warriors’ health and damage, but beware, the enemy grows stronger with every passing minute, and a looming darkness threatens to consume you all. The enemy will also try to bribe you for their own benefit, so make your choices wisely, Merchant!
Controls:
- Mouse - For rolling the dice and upgrading troop stats
- Space - Speedup time
- R (hold) - Restart Game
Pro Tips:
- You can still upgrade your troops or downgrade the enemy in the battlefield instead of your customer
- The enemy doesn't forget the offer he gave you in the battlefield
- If you play the game jam build and it seems too hard, just click on everything and it will resolve itself. Very chaotic fun lol
